Interchange BZA (“the App”) is provided by SimbaSoft. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user information when you use our App.
Login Credentials: Users access the App with login credentials created and managed by the Admin. There is no self-registration.
Excel/Sheet Data: The App retrieves and displays data stored in Google Sheets.
No Other Personal Data: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any other personal information.
Authentication: Login credentials are used only to allow access to the App.
Data Presentation: Retrieved Google Sheets data is displayed to authorized users.
We do not track user activity inside the App.
Login credentials are stored securely in Firebase Realtime Database.
Data transmission between the App and Google Sheets/Firebase occurs over secure channels (HTTPS).
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We do not sell, share, or disclose user information to third parties.
The App only communicates with our own server, Google Sheets, and Firebase for its core functionality.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Since the App does not collect additional personal data beyond admin-managed credentials, users have limited choices. If you wish your account to be removed, please contact the Admin.
