To provide accurate enroute stop tracking and logging services, the App collects the following specific categories of data:
- Location Data: Precise geographic coordinates (GPS latitude and longitude) corresponding to paths of travel and designated enroute stops.
- Identity Information: User mobile phone number utilized exclusively during the secure authentication phase.
- Device & Hardware Information: Device model, operating system version, background processing states, and battery telemetry metrics.
- Log Data: Transactional timestamps, operational stop durations, and metadata related to data transmission status.
2. Deep Disclosure: Permissions & Background Processing
Our App requires elevated operating system permissions to fulfill its core enterprise functions. By provisioning this utility on your terminal, you acknowledge and consent to the operational parameters detailed below:
- Location Background Location & "Allow All the Time" Permission: The App explicitly tracks, logs, and processes your precise location even when the application is closed, running in the background, or not actively in use. This background capability is strictly required to automatically detect, compute, and log arrival and departure sequences at designated stops without requiring physical interaction from the driver while operating a vehicle.
- Service Foreground Services: We run an explicit, active Foreground Service coupled with a persistent system notification banner. This acts as a structural defense mechanism to ensure the Android operating system does not unexpectedly throttle or terminate the location gathering engine while you are actively enroute.
- Alert Notifications: System notifications are utilized to keep users continuously informed of active logging sessions, persistent foreground operations, and data synchronization states.
- Battery Background Battery Usage (Exemption From Optimization): To prevent data drops or telemetry gaps caused by aggressive hardware power management, the App requires an explicit exemption from standard OS battery-saving restrictions ("Ignore Battery Optimization").
3. Restricted Access & OTP Authentication
Whitelisted Access Only: Access to this application is strictly restricted to authorized company personnel. Users can only authenticate and access the application interface using a pre-registered mobile number via a secure One-Time Password (OTP) verification framework.
The App does not provision or display a public account creation or general registration page. Any mobile number not explicitly whitelisted in advance within our system administration console will be immediately denied access and will fail to receive an authentication token. No user profiles or telemetry histories are retained from unauthorized access attempts.
4. How We Use Collected Information
We process and review your gathered telemetry and logs exclusively for the following internal corporate and operational milestones:
- To dynamically calculate and lock arrival, wait-time, and departure logs at pre-mapped logistical destinations.
- To securely pass and synchronize live operational logging structures directly into our cloud-hosted Firebase Cloud Database.
- To enable authenticated Central Admin Users to view, sort, and audit delivery time tracking metrics on a secure administrative operational dashboard.
5. Data Security, Infrastructure, and Access
Data transmission and processing are locked down under enterprise-grade protocols:
- Access Isolation: Location tracking logs are private and secure. Only explicitly authenticated Central Admin Users with active management permissions have clearance to read, pull, or review historical location tracks.
- Data Protection: Storage is handled natively via Google Firebase secure cloud infrastructure utilizing rule-based data separation protocols.
- Zero Commercialization: We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease internal employee location tracking profiles or device records to third-party ad brokers or external target marketing agencies. Data is captured strictly for business record-keeping and workflow visibility.
6. Data Retention and Erasure
Operational time-tracking data is held within company repositories for as long as necessary to fulfill internal audit, logistics management, and compliance reviews. Employees may interface directly with their regional corporate IT department or system administrator to request data verification, correction, or profile cleanup.

We reserve the right to revise this policy document at any time to reflect software optimizations, operational scale, or updated operating system policies. When updates occur, the comprehensive modification date listed at the apex of the document will shift accordingly.
